I help CEOs and business owners when they:• feel they can achieve more but have plateaued or hit the ceiling• want to scale more effectively• are stuck working in the weeds of the business• are feeling a lack of control• want a stronger leadership team• want more profit• are ready to maximize the value of their business (e.g, in preparation to sell).I do this by helping them implement EOS, getting better at 3 things called Vision, Traction, Healthy: Vision: Getting 100% of the org aligned on where we\'re going and how we\'re going to get there Traction: Creating focus, accountability and discipline in executing that vision Healthy: Fostering a collaborative, cohesive, highly functional leadership teamThe result? My Story I started my career in New York City consulting Fortune 500 companies Because I wanted a front row seat to learning, “what makes certain companies succeed over others?”Specifically, I observed that whether companies failed or succeeded depended on their leaders. They were either the bottlenecks or the drivers of success. And I began to notice…Not only do great leaders make great companiesBut they apply a specific set of principles to get there.As my career progressed, working across 15 different industries, ranging from multi-million dollar start-ups to some of the most revered brands in the world, the same set of principles and patterns kept coming up again and again.It was at one of these companies (while I was on the executive team) that I encountered one of our departments using EOS. For the first time, I saw the very principles I had seen in some of the most successful companies in the world applied in such a simple, comprehensive way, it blew my mind! I began to wonder deep down, “What if I could help more leaders apply these principles to make a bigger difference?” Which is what I love and feel I am meant to do. I love walking alongside leaders who know their company is meant for more or who want to scale further and gain more freedom, but feel like they’ve hit a ceiling or are feeling a bit out of control.
