I’m a Senior Metallurgist with over seven years of experience in copper/molybdenum and gold processing operations. My background covers autoclave, CIL, flotation, grinding, and crushing circuits — and throughout my career, I’ve focused on improving efficiency, deepening data understanding, and helping teams perform at their best.Early on, I led advanced process control and optimization projects (OCS-4D) in flotation and fine crushing that delivered measurable gains with minimal investment. At Nevada Gold Mines, I’ve expanded that foundation into gold metallurgy — optimizing carbon management, leach kinetics, and reagent performance through PI AF analytics, DOE testwork, and statistical interpretation in Minitab and JMP.I’ve also driven site-wide initiatives in reagent and thickener optimization, carbon activity and attrition studies, and continuous improvement of online analyzers and plant instrumentation. I take pride in bridging detailed metallurgical analysis with practical, on-the-ground collaboration to achieve sustainable results.Beyond the plant, I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of metallurgists and technicians — sharing knowledge, building structure, and encouraging curiosity and accountability across shifts. My goal is simple: to keep advancing metallurgical performance and people development, one improvement at a time.
