Develop and refine Solstice Advanced Materials long-term strategic plan by identifying key shifts and trends in the industry in order to develop new market opportunities and business models. Responsibility for ensuring clear communication of these strategies to executive leadership and key stakeholders across Solstice to foster new ideas and facilitate cross-divisional collaboration on strategic projects and initiatives. • Strategic Planning: Lead, develop and execute Solstice’s long-term strategic plans; including conducting comprehensive analysis to ensure strategic plans are aligned with market demands and company’s objectives• Strategic Opportunity/Project Initiative Development: Proactively develop business opportunities to drive Innovative Organic Growth opportunities, including identifying, evaluating, and developing new market opportunities / business models to drive growth; Lead investigation, design, and creation of key Strategic Projects & Business Cases; Oversee development of strategic projects from inception to execution, facilitating cross-divisional collaborations and ensuring they meet strategic goals• Merger & Acquisition Due Diligence: Identify & assess Inorganic growth opportunities, including identifying, evaluating, and recommending potential M&A opportunities that align with strategic goals. Manage due diligence and integration planning for acquisitions.• Market and Industry Analysis: Monitor & analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, and market shifts to identify strategic opportunities and threats. Also, provide insights into new business model innovation that can give Honeywell a competitive edge.• Risk Management: Identify strategic risks and develop mitigation plans. Ensure that strategic decisions consider potential risks and their impacts.
