About Bret de Jeor
With over 30 years of experience in the packaging and manufacturing industry, I have led several successful businesses and delivered innovative solutions for clients such as FTD, Lenox, Peet\'s Coffee, Mrs. Fields, Jelly Belly, and Hallmark. As the president and CEO of Royal Summit, Inc, I oversee the production and distribution of over shapes and sizes of tin boxes, paper boxes, pouches, and glass bottles, all of which are FDA approved. I am passionate about creating custom packaging that meets the needs and expectations of customers, while also optimizing operations, reducing costs, enhancing quality and expediting delivery. I have a proven record of negotiating and closing deals with major retailers and distributors, as well as sourcing and developing products from international markets. I have also built and empowered a talented and diverse team that shares my vision and values. Additionally, I\'m a private pilot, which reflect my curiosity and interest in learning new skills and exploring new horizons.
