As Director on the U.S. Green Building Council’s Market Transformation and Development team, I’m passionate about accelerating the adoption of green building practices that create healthier, more resilient, and more equitable communities, while delivering measurable environmental and economic benefits. In my role, I lead efforts to expand the reach and impact of LEED and other sustainability initiatives across Minnesota and the West North Central Region. With expertise in strategic development, stakeholder engagement, and program management, I cultivate partnerships, manage initiatives, and support environmental justice projects. I’m a LEED Green Associate and TRUE Advisor, driven by the belief that sustainability is the blueprint for building a better future.Outside of work, you’ll find me gardening, kayaking Minnesota’s lakes, and hanging with my husky, Niko.
