About Brent Smolarek
I have worked with some of the largest and most dynamic organizations in their efforts to drive change in how they plan, design and build their major capital projects. Throughout this time, I have enjoyed collaborating closely with leaders from advanced manufacturing industries to translate their approaches into the world of engineering & construction. After beginning my career in literal trenches, testing soil compaction for new road construction projects, I spent 8 years doing design engineering for high voltage power development. For the last 8+ years, I have been focused on applying technology to advance our engineering and construction approaches.
