Our center specializes in providing both long-term care and rehabilitation services, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support tailored to their individual needs.When I took over the facility, it was losing over a month. Through strategic planning and efficient management, I have successfully grown revenue and cut costs, leading us to now average a month in profits. This turnaround is a testament to my commitment to operational excellence and financial stewardship.In my role, I am responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the facility, from ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to managing the financial health of the center.
