About Brent Redmon

With over 25 years of work experience, I am a seasoned professional in the field of architecture and construction, with a passion for sustainable design and community development. I hold the CDT® credential from the Construction Specifications Institute, which demonstrates my knowledge and skills in construction documentation and processes. As the chairperson of the Sustainable Design Collaborative - Atlanta, I lead a network of professionals who collaborate and share ideas to create innovative solutions for the built environment that enhance social, environmental, and economic well-being. Most recently, I worked as a construction administrator at dwell design studio, a leading architecture firm that specializes in multifamily and mixed-use projects. In this role, I managed the construction phase of various projects, ensuring that the design intent, quality, budget, and schedule were met. I also coordinated with contractors, consultants, and clients, and provided technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Some of the projects I worked on include a 300-unit luxury apartment complex, a mixed-use development with retail and office space, and a LEED-certified senior living community. I leveraged my skills in facilities, operations, and construction processes to deliver successful outcomes for these projects.
