Leading the strategic road map of Raytheon’s goals and pursuits. We enjoyed the challenge of building new relationships, but also we found it rewarding maintaining our current connections in the military family.Before joining Raytheon, I had an extensive career at Rockwell Collins Aviation and IBM as Program Manager and Business Development for multiple divisions. In each of these roles, I was acknowledged for my exceptional work in delivering programs that were credited for initiating new process improvements and new product development.Throughout my career, I’ve made a name for consistently generating positive results in all the projects that I’ve been part of. Personally, I make it a point to influence others through constant demonstration of integrity, hard work, and strong work ethic. Given the inherently dynamic landscape of the aerospace industry, the fact remains that a fully functional organization is still one wherein every individual is dedicated to the pursuit of excellence.
