A former Army Legal Administrator and Warrant Officer with twenty-four years of progressively increasing leadership responsibility, serving Army legal offices across the entire spectrum of functions not directly associated with the actual practice of law. Numerous world-wide assignments, culminating as the Senior Legal Administrator for the Army\'s largest and busiest jurisdiction, Corps & Fort Hood, Texas. Next serving the public again as an Information Technology Project Manager with the US Department of Health and Human Services. Certified as both a COR Level (Senior) and a Program and Project Manager Level (Senior) through the Federal Acquisition Certification Program. Currently Director of Systems Implementation for Catalis, specifically concentrating on implementations of Benchmark, a configurable Court Case Management System allowing court staff and Judges to manage all aspects of the court process from a single system.
