   Leading our efforts to recruit interns and fulltime early career talent in the Midwest, West Coast, and Canada for our Sales Engineering, Construction Project Management, and Energy Engineering training programs. In total hiring over 200 individuals annually for our internship and full time training program positions. This is an industry leading 100 year old 5 month training program that develops and guides our technical sales engineers to enable long term success in the field. Working consultatively with our commercial business leaders to develop early talent engagement strategies which will meet our present and future recruiting needs. These strategies focus on relationship building with campus and organizational partners to help candidates understand why Trane Technologies is a destination employer for them and if they would thrive in these careers.
