Brenton is the managing partner of Pegasus Equities where he oversees acquisitions, dispositions, development, and portfolio management. Pegasus Equities is a vertically integrated real estate owner, operator, and development firm headquartered in NYC with offices in South Florida & CT. Pegasus Equities focuses on investing & developing 1-4 family townhouses in NYC and single family homes in CT. Pegasus\' portfolio consists primarily of renovated brownstones in class A neighborhoods throughout Brooklyn. Our business plans run the gamut and encompass both core, core plus, value add, distressed and development. Typical clients include: real estate investors seeking passive income; family offices; real estate investment firms seeking joint venture opportunities; & architects seeking fee based developers on behalf of their clients.Pegasus Equities offers a full array of real estate services to our clients & partners including Development, Project & Asset Management, and Brokerage Services (through Brown Harris Stevens licensed as Mark Brenton Raymond). As a licensed real estate agent with BHS, Brenton\'s focus is primarily on residential sales in NYC, CT, & SFL where he assists his clients with the buying and selling of condos, co-ops, and single family homes. To date, Brenton has been involved in over $300M in transactions and has assisted scores of clients with buying, selling, & renting their dream homes.
