I\'m curretly working on the new EE Get Broadband end to end journey.Key achievements:Helped with the transition from Sketch to Figma by building and maintaining the first BT Figma Component Library and helped onboard the design team.Led the design of the sales experience on to a new platform which has been instrumental in driving the Digital Business Strategy.I\'ve thrown myself into new initiatives that have been pioneering for the Digital team such as blue sky thinking workshops and collaborative design facilitation.Working with a Content Designer, I\'ve been a great advocate in co-designing with the consideration of Product and Content Design which was used as an example for others to adopt for ways of working collaboratively.Responsibilities:• Creating user flows, journey maps and end to end journeys• Delivery of Figma designs• Increase accessibility of digital journeys• Creating prototypes and demoing to Stakeholders• Understanding customer behaviour and research capabilities and work with the Analytics team• Understanding where fallout and where the frictions are in the journey• Regulary contribute to the EE Design System component library
