About Brent Musson
Dr. Musson is a public policy specialist with a focus on modern methods of construction as a catalyst for multifamily housing production and economic development. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds professional licenses as both a Real Estate Broker and General Contractor.Dr. Musson\'s academic background includes degrees in both Real Estate Development and Urban Planning. His urban planning education provides insight into governmental tools for influencing private development, which he has applied in practice through his policy influence in Altadena, CA, serving on the town’s Council, its Land Use Committee, and the West Altadena Project Area Committee. His formal real estate development education has equipped him to understand the perspectives of private capital, including their motives, obstacles, and constraints. Additionally, Dr. Musson holds a master\'s degree in supply chain management from USC’s Marshall School of Business, studying materials sourcing, processing, manufacturing, and logistics.
