Over the course of my career, I’ve worked directly with more than 180 CEOs as a consultant and coach—across a range of industries, growth stages, and leadership challenges. I’ve sat in the pressure, not just coached around it. Today, I work with CEOs across industries—including banking—who are navigating growth, complexity, and the increasing demands of leadership.
