I am proud to be a part of Element Home Loans and excited to have the privilege of leading Element’s production and growth efforts in middle Tennessee. Element Home Loans is the Southeast Division of NFM. As a part of NFM we have the backing of one of the largest mortgage banking companies in the country while still maintaining the personal and nimble customer service that our customers and referral partners need and deserve. At Element Home Loans we specialize in taking care of all mortgage product needs including, Condo loans, USDA, THDA, New Construction and Renovation/203K loans. We also offer reverse mortgage, FHA, VA and standard Conventional lending. In addition, we have a robust in house non QM department that includes doctor, cash flow, bank statement, 1099 and other non-traditional mortgage products. Our goal is to serve all your mortgage needs. We will continue our focus to be the premier agent-centric mortgage banker in the Southeast.
