Overall management and responsibility for service delivery and data of an HRA-funded workforce development program for out-of-school, out-of-work youth ages 18 to 24 who receive public benefits.• Supervise, support, and coach team of eight professionals who deliver services encompassing client outreach, intake, service/career planning, career exploration, case management, work readiness and occupational skills instruction, job placement and retention, and financial counseling.• Revise and develop curricula and procedures for Youth Pathways programming, including new models for career exploration and structured pre-employment engagement.• Partnered with AVP of Employer Partnerships and Mission Operations to revitalize Bridge to Technology—a program that helps individuals obtain the credentials and skills needed to find employment in the technology sector—by developing a new program model, KPI’s, and employer engagement strategy.• Direct grant-funded training programs, most notably Bridge to Technology and Goodwill on the Go, a driver’s education program that helps youth earn their driver’s licenses to secure higher-wage job opportunities. • Co-led an interdisciplinary team to launch a cross-divisional employer partnership initiative to expand job opportunities across all Goodwill employment programs.• Ensure Youth Pathways complies with HRA policies and procedures, maintaining strong working relationships with HRA directors, administrators, and staff.
