I have an expanded experience in healthcare in IT software support of the Passport verification integration system, AthenaHealth EMR (AthenaHealth EMR Certified), Phreesia, Dragon,basic Microsoft applications and reporting and creating reports via Excel and AthenaHealth EMR reports engine. I also have experience on the revenue cycle side of the healthcare process including billing, A/R follow up, cash posting, contractual maintenance of I-plans, Credentialing, registration etc. I have supervisory experience on the hospital revenue cycle side as well as on the clinic/physician side.
