ABOUT BRENT M. BUCKLEY

Brent maintains an active practice that includes representing public, family, and privately held companies, financial institutions, and businesses. His practice areas include corporate law, banking and finance, commercial litigation and transactions, D&O/governance, and litigation. He has extensive experience in class actions, MDL matters, including engagements for large and regional banks as well as one of the world\'s largest insurance companies, in corporate and criminal investigations, and matters of first impression in trial and appellate court. Brent is known for his open-mindedness, taking a unique approach to solving problems and considering a wide range of alternatives.
