I make things happen: companies, products and solutions. I am at my best when I am part of a team. At Salesforce, I am part of a large team that helps us continue on our success as a technology company, support organic growth and through acquisitions. Past endeavors have included: co-founding and led a start-up through acquisition to a company who then IPO’ed. I have used Agile practices for decades to help small, medium and Fortune 100 organizations overcome seemingly intractable problems and successfully deliver mission-critical solutions. I have led consulting teams that result in transformational achievements for clients that have been referenced in books and publications. I help people become their best selves through coaching, mentoring, and training programs. In one program, I received the 2017 teaching excellence award at the University of Washington.

The team is the central orchestrator, enabler, and champion of a new, AI-powered delivery lifecycle, focused on shifting teams\' focus from tactical execution to strategic impact. Providing the frameworks, tools, and support needed to not only optimize delivery and speed up the delivery process but also to foster a culture of experimentation. Ultimately, we ensure that the AI-SDLC and PDLC delivers measurable business value while empowering our organization with the skills and confidence to thrive in an AI and agentic driven workplace.I focus on AI-PDLC and how Product Teams, Managers, and Leaders work in today\'s agentic era. AI transformation requires agility because as we start letting AI do more work for us, we have to support fast feedback, adaptability, and discernment because our human accountability persists.
