In addition, Kiwi Collection also powers the worldwide Visa Luxury Hotel Collection, providing select Visa cardholders with additional perks and privileges.My primary focus is using my Revenue Management background to maintain Kiwi Collection hotel connections, as well as drive ongoing initiatives to improve sales. This fast paced, autonomous and exciting position has the following key responsibilities:Planning – Maintaining timelines for new projects and initiatives that help to drive sales and improve usability of the system, as well as ensure competitive product offerings.Relationships – Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all hotels, brands and affiliates, including distribution service providers (such as Pegasus, Trust and Synxis), as well as internally with the sales, reservations and development teams.Product / Service Refinement / Development - Troubleshoot any issues that would hamper sales including internal development, partner system issues, and hotel builds.Visa Luxury Hotel Program - Oversee all hotel participants in the program including program training, rate builds, audits, as well as assisting in contract issues and prequalification into the program.Rate Parity - Consistently looking at competitive rates through tools provided and ensure that Kiwi Collection has rate parity with partner sites. As well, use my technical knowledge of industry standards and revenue management to work with hotels on fixing rate issues when needed.Special Offers – Work with content team, marketing and hotels to build special offers and assure that they are bookable on the Kiwi Collection site.
