Approaching 40 years of experience in the commercial interior & exterior finish trades.Growing up in the construction industry, I developed an appreciation for the business at a young age as well as the importance of knowledge and education to be a successful. This has been a focus for me through involvement with contractor and related associations & organizations for to maintain a successful business and to benefit construction industry.Special emphasis with Conceptual Estimating in early project design related to wall and ceiling systems as to life-safety, value engineering and overall cost through the design and development process.
