Certified on over 30 plant floor positions which lead to becoming a department lead, and a trainer. My Amarr background was pivotal to my success at various levels within the company and gives me a unique perspective from Leadership’s point of view and the employee’s point of view since I’ve walked in both proverbial sets of shoes.
