   Oversee supplier relationships and responsible for over 550 million dollars of product spend for 1525+ locations that ship in United States and Canada. • Manage 6 direct reports, two distribution managers, purchasing manager, supply chain specialist, technology specialist, and Canadian purchasing manager. • Work closely with Executive team and Finance department on a monthly basis to measure supply chain goals and ensure Cost of Goods aligns with the budget to meet the company plan. • Responsible for over 60 suppliers on ongoing basis with over 150 items in 27 distribution centers. Negotiate pricing contracts on monthly, quarterly, and yearly timeline for all the suppliers. Manage supplier inventory, raw materials, and distribution inventory to maintain supply by tracking along with providing projections. • Help setup the supply chain out of USA for new countries in China, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. • Sourced and developed matched items with dual suppliers on top 25 items including cheese, peanut oil, hot dogs, gloves, mayo, foil, napkins, paper cups, fry cups, straws, portions cups, and cutlery. The total system savings on these items was over $25 million dollars. • Rollout new Technology platform ArrowStream in 2022 that enhanced ability to track distribution inventory for all items, pricing, supplier spend, store movement, and store contracts. • Negotiated long term 5-year distribution contracts in 2019 for the system that provided millions of dollars of savings and well below industry markup benchmark.
