I am the president of Pancoast Benefits, a leading provider of health and benefits consulting and administrative services. I help support Pancoast’s customer promise: to keep our clients’ healthcare costs and management under control. We take the administration and compliance burdens away from our clients’ HR personnel so that they can instead focus on attracting and retaining great people.Pancoast’s priority is to understand the complexities of healthcare and benefits management. We utilize the latest technology to increase efficiencies and reduce error, all while working hard to see what is on the horizon for healthcare and compliance changes so that our clients can maximize their success.I’m proud to have helped grow Pancoast considerably over the past two decades.
