I have been engaged to provide executive-level consulting expertise to US Armament Corporation, a Pennsylvania manufacturer with 2 exclusive licenses with Colt Manufacturing (1877 Bulldog Gatling gun; 1903 32-caliber pistol [remake of Colt pistol]). Contributions to date:*I was tapped for deep Colt expertise and to optimize company\'s manufacturing/production operations and recruited to turn around the struggling 2-year old handgun project, and bring program from infancy to fruition; I consult 30hrs./week on average *I have cut remaining ramp-up time to under 4 months and assessed production challenges, implementing a targeted plan.
