I and Brother Keith Simpson are equal partners in the company and we both oversee the day to day operations as well we both hold other duties within KGS, my duties are as follows;• Business development and maintaining existing clientele • Continue to build the professional management team to support growth within the companies roofing division to include supervisors, managers and estimators• Train new employees to further their career within KGS and teach them the KGS way of conducting business and servicing our clients• Prepare and deploy marketing strategies to support the company’s growth plan utilizing the help of third party marketing firms• Review, oversee and manage the company’s financial position• Estimate various types and sizes roofing projects• Prepare service plans for property managers and building owners and monitor them to insure my team is providing KGS clients with top notch service• Review and approve proposals and estimates• Conduct property surveys and provide property managers and building owners with budget cost to protect and preserve their properties
