   Cash Applications- Management of all Cash Application functions and team members for a Fortune company, reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Credit- Receipt and timely processing of all Accounts Receivable payments for a publicly traded company with a Market Cap in excess of $13 Billion- Collaborates with entire company to receive and post all customer payments daily and prior to deadlines including end of month close- Uploading of bank files/reports into Automation software and process corresponding posting files- Perform write-offs of services charges, short/over pays, and bad debt - Assist in Escheatment Process- Work closely with Treasury and Accounting departments to assist with postings and reconciliation of general ledger and bank accounts - Posting and internal communications of all NSFs and returned items- Process all monthly Intercompany transactions involving numerous entities- Developed and maintained monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting for Executive and Board review- Research and Implementation of technology improvements including AI, OCR, and algorithmic data analysis.
