As the Director of Risk/Asset Management, my job is to establish and oversee the daily and long-term strategic management of assets for Koelsch Communities. My responsibilities include establishing service standards, policies and processes and monitoring asset’s throughout the assets lifecycle. I partners closely with Procurement, Finance, IT support and the Executive Directors to ensure assets are properly secured and managed through the asset lifecycle and implement processes that would facilitate controlling asset acquisition, maintenance, and retirement.
