The Campaign Strategy Manager is responsible for the development of marketing campaign and promotional strategies. This individual will lead campaign strategies in support of Ent\'s organizational, brand, new member acquisition, member engagement, product, community and other goals.This role serves as the bridge between business and marketing strategy and creative/brand. The position synthesizes business inputs including strategic priorities, organizational and departmental goals, competitive and market insights, member and consumer understandings, brand and other priorities and develops the roadmap for creative concepting, execution and channel planning.

I help people reduce that anxiety by designing systems that make their finances work intentionally, so they can spend less time worrying about money and more time living.Through my work with the Asian Chamber of Commerce, I also tap into a strong network of professional services and business resources that help entrepreneurs plan, grow, and invest with clarity.Community & Nonprofit Work:Advocating for underserved communities is central to who I am. I’ve led initiatives focused on equity and access and have been honored for my work in the AAPI, military/veteran, and small business communities. But the real win is creating space for others to thrive.Public Speaking & Consulting:I speak on leadership in diverse communities, nonprofit development (especially engaging younger donors), and financial literacy. My goal is always to equip people with real, actionable tools to lead and grow.
