About Brent Powers
I was one of the youngest real estate agents in the State of Maryland. I got my license at 19 years old and decided to go out and pursue my dreams early. I moved to Arizona and have become a zoning attorney. I flourish with anything related to the development process from start to finish including, but not limited to, land acquisition, platting and subdivision, rezoning, site plan approvals and entitlements, water and electric rights, variances and conditional use permits, ordinance drafting and ordinance challenges, organization of the homeowner’s association documents (bylaws and CC & Rs), and land sales.
