Directly administered and managed 40 Video teleconferencing conference rooms, 80 systems, 400 IPTV peripheral configurations, and 130 monthly higher-level meeting supported through Zoom, MS Teams, GVS and CODEC dial-in. • Collaborates with Training Team to build monthly Training, schedules, testing, and Interview Panels supported through Zoom, MS Teams and phone dial in for 3K customers. • Interact with the DHA ServiceNow & AFNET Remedy Trouble Ticketing system to documents issues and resolutions. • Responsible for AV/Video production setup, broadcasting and facilitation of on-site/off-site events and monthly All Hands for 3K personnel. • Provided pre-conference testing and setup for video teleconferences and/or meetings to ensure full interoperability and a seamless connection between all internal and external systems to include, but not limited to, DISN Video Services - Global (DVS-G), NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS. • Performed daily checks & user support with media/ Video teleconferencing vendors and technologies such as Polycom, Microsoft Lync (Skype for Business), VBrick, Cisco, Extron, Crestron and Clear One DSP to ensure Video teleconferencing and other conference room equipment sustained optimal performance and capacity. • Analyzed, tested, modified, and managed Video teleconferencing infrastructure, such as MCUs and gatekeepers. • Acts as an equipment custodian and performs inventory asset management and maintenance for Polycom, Tandberg, Cisco, Crestron, Hai vision and Comcast IPTV. • Maintained problem documentation and resolution procedures for reference procedures through SOPs, Manuals, Checklist and STIGs supporting 3K customers. • Conducted site surveys to establish AV/ Video teleconferencing equipment customer requirements, project lists of materials, and cost.
