About Brent Parker
I have been in the building industry for over 20 years and in a management position for over 10 years. I have manged from 5 up to 25 employees in the outside and inside sales position. I have set new pricing structures for entire regions along with devising and deploying sales objectives and goals for the new and existing sales reps, including attainable targets and budgets. I also have implemented a new sales program for the reps and their customers in order to ensure the salesmen understand their territory and the direction their customers were headed. I have evaluated performance of sales teams quarterly and annually, and would assist them in securing key accounts and large projects. Last, I keep management updated on the direction of the window and door industry by presenting sales forecasts, market forecasts and a business strategy, along with business opportunities.
