My primary focus is driving operational excellence, enhancing the employee and enrollment experience, and aligning team performance with client goals and compliance standards.I oversee cross-functional teams that manage application processing, benefits education, and customer engagement workflows. By leveraging data-driven decision-making, process automation, and workforce optimization, I ensure that our services are scalable, efficient, and responsive to the evolving needs of the organizations we serve.Key responsibilities include: • Leading day-to-day operations across multiple client engagements • Designing and refining workflows to improve conversion, turnaround time, and satisfaction metrics • Collaborating with product, technology, and client success teams to enhance service delivery • Managing KPIs, SLAs, and operational reporting to ensure accountability and transparency • Coaching and developing a high-performing team focused on excellence and outcomesAt Accretive, we are passionate about removing barriers to access and improving enrollment experiences.
