   Successfully led the number one strategic initiative, Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) product/service, from initiation through project closure with a new product division and against aggressive timelines and resource constraints. This project had high visibility from the execution team to the Board of Directors. Currently responsible for all aspects of strategic projects and program within the Security Operations practice including resource assignments and allocations, scope and timeline development, project tracking through status reporting and executive sponsor statuses. Effectively lead numerous teams through completion of projects involving development operations, operations, product, marketing, demand, sales enablement, and many other enterprise-wide practices. • Completed Optiv’s Management Essentials training April 2022. • Serve as mentor within Services Operations, along with training new employee. • Drive continuous operational efficiencies within Service Operations for enhanced project management and reporting. • Worked closely with senior leadership to execute strategic direction of MXDR product, including removing barriers that caused project delays. • Built and maintained strong relationships with DevOps, Enablement, Demand, Marketing, SecOps, Go-to-Market, and Product. • Created communication channels between the partner group, internal project stakeholders and vendors, such as Microsoft and Devo, to execute on project objectives and deliverables. • Serve as the main point of contact between executive stakeholders and/or sponsors, delivery leaders across Optiv, and project teams. • Created burn down charts to manage allocation and utilization targets for assigned internal resources from A&E and Threat. • Established a financial tracking process with Optiv’s Finance Team to track both Opex and Capex expenses. • Responsible for day-to-day tasks execution, problem solving, and issue and/or risk mitigation planning and execution.
