Airbus has partnered up with several other major players in the aerospace world to lead the next generation of aircraft fleet management. As part of this Digital Alliance and the Airbus Digital Solutions - Growth and Innovation portfolio, we are developing a suite of digital tools to empower airlines. This includes aircraft predictive maintenance, health monitoring, and reliability powered by the Airbus Skywise Core platform. My role in this effort is to help grow and lead the US software engineering team for Digital Solutions, a talented group of Data Scientists, Full Stack developers, and DevOps engineers. Personal contributions include: • Hire for and develop the Atlanta office software engineering team • Work with PO’s, tech leads, architects, and UX/UI designers around the world to plan and deliver digital projects • Liaise with top leaders on business and development teams to foster strong team collaboration • Implement, oversee, and adapt development and delivery processes
