I am a builder and idea generator with a proven record of building new divisions, maintaining clients as well as coaching employees and increasing productivity, helping develop strategies and contributing to business transformation and organizational strategy. What gets me going every day is getting to see the people in my life succeed and grow. Whether it’s my clients, teammates, friends, or family, I devote myself to authentically connecting, inspiring others, and delivering what matters. The passion I have for building up the people around me so they can experience the happiness of accomplishment, growth, and self-worth, is something I’m able to live out as the director of client experience at EmPower HR. I work hard to create and nurture these relationships to make sure our clients are happy and have everything they need to help them be successful.With more than 35 years’ experience, one trait I have refined is my ability to actively listen. This invaluable trait allows me to really hear the needs and pain points of my clients, and we work together to come up with solutions unique to their needs. When I am not working, I spend my time with my family, giving back, trying to prevent Soldier Suicide, supporting Folds of Honor, Stop Soldier Suicide, and many other organizations.
