I am a dynamic engineer and entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning aerospace, renewable energy, and manufacturing. With years of experience in the aerospace industry, I specialized in computational electromagnetics simulations and advanced engineering solutions. These skills now drive my work as the founder of Redtail Innovations, where we focus on cutting-edge manufacturing and product development. From 3D printing to CNC machining, we deliver innovative solutions to help businesses transition ideas into reality, emphasizing Industry 4.0, sustainability, and reshoring manufacturing. My journey in renewable energy began with a senior capstone project that turned into Windvolution, where we designed and built wind turbines and contributed to solar and wind energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. This experience instilled a deep commitment to sustainable energy innovation. I’m also the co-founder of STEM Force, Inc, a nonprofit organization dedicated to hands-on STEM education. Over the years, we’ve inspired students of all ages to explore technical fields through project-based learning and skill development, building a pipeline for the next generation of innovators.
