   Brent recently joined Horrocks Engineers after 30 years with UDOT, recently having served as a UDOT District Engineer. His responsibilities included management, integration, and implementation of a wide variety of planning, construction, and maintenance programs. Mr. DeYoung previously served as the Construction Manager for the Mountain View Corridor Project, and I-15 NOW Project Director responsible for managing the Environmental Impact Statement and the Design Build project which reconstructed 9.3 miles of I-15 through Weber County. Mr. DeYoung has experience managing numerous transportation projects throughout northern Utah including the Downtown Segment of the $1.5 billion I-15 Design Build Project in Salt Lake County. He also served as Transportation Project Manager for the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Brent has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and is a licensed professional engineer.
