My career choice of engineered sales is a natural. Respect for my granddad, a self-taught engineer, and love for math drove me to earn a degree in engineering. I am an engineer at heart with a personality for sales. My first post-graduation position as an Application Engineer for Ingersoll Rand\'s Air Compressor Group was a great fit.The majority of my compressed air skill set was developed during 27 years with Ingersoll Rand: uncovering & defining needs; properly applying various compressor technologies & accessory components; installation design including layout, piping & ventilation; science & methodology of optimizing compressed air systems.Attention to detail and a genuine interest in serving clients are my key priorities.My present role with John Henry Foster also allows me to exercise my passion for developing our sales team through training, coaching and mentoring.Work/life balance is very important. I most enjoy hanging out with my wife, grown children, and grandchildren. Outdoor activity is always welcomed.
