ABOUT BRENT BITZ

With more than 30 years of industrial machine design experience, Brent is unmatched in his ability in project management. Trained as a CADD technologist, Brent realized early on that his organizational aptitude would be a boon to his clients. Brent is able to oversee projects from start to finish, collecting data about the project, asking pertinent questions and suggesting time and money saving changes to the project to increase efficiency. His work as a mechanical design technologist and subsequent roles as project manager have given him an unmatched overview of the industry and how each component of a project interacts and affects each other.Brent has a lot of hands-on experience in machine design; knowing the intricacies of how to design equipment provides insight on both the macro and micro levels. Whether overseeing a long-term installation or solving a problem on a single machine, he has the ability to find solutions that work for clients. Responsible for the project management on several projects totaling more than $20 million, Brent has refined the ability to manage quality, cost and schedules in engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, shipping, installation, commissioning and training. He is well versed not only in designing new equipment, but also in working with turn-key equipment and automation vendors to develop systems that simplify production lines. “I’ve done design, sales, engineering supervisions and project management. Each individual component of a project provides a great opportunity to share the knowledge that I have acquired, but my real passion is bringing all of these single pieces together and creating something for my clients that did not exist before.”
