As a Specialization Lead at Actalent, I focus on Construction Management across the North region, with a deep specialization in the Electrical Construction industry. I partner with MEP and Mission Critical construction firms to help them identify and secure top-tier talent—especially within the fast-evolving Data Center space, a niche I’ve grown passionate about throughout my sales journey.Since joining Actalent in 2019 as a recruiter, I’ve embraced every opportunity to grow. Within six months, I transitioned into an Account Manager role, navigating the challenges of a shifting economic landscape in 2020 with creativity and resilience. My ability to adapt and think outside the box helped me continue delivering results in uncertain times.Before Actalent, I proudly served in the U.S. Army for 10 years. That experience instilled in me the discipline, work ethic, and mission-first mindset that continue to guide my professional life. I hold a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Military Science.Outside of work, I’m a devoted family man who loves spending time with my wife and two young boys (ages 7 and 4). Whether we’re hiking, exploring new places, or jamming on the guitar or training in our home gym, I’m always up for an adventure.
