My approach combines strategic vision with practical execution—whether it’s automating business processes, deploying ITSM platforms, or building business intelligence dashboards for data-driven decision-making. I am a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with deep expertise in cybersecurity, cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP), enterprise architecture, and vendor management. My technical proficiency spans Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, and a wide range of networking and backup solutions.
