About Ben E.
I’m the kind of corporate lawyer who genuinely enjoys the pace of a fast-moving deal. Think part chef, part project manager, bringing together the right ingredients, timing, and team to make venture financings and M&A transactions work. I work with companies, corporate venture funds, and investors from seed through late-stage rounds, helping manage diligence, draft NVCA-style docs, and keep transactions moving toward the finish line while staying focused on my client’s goals. I graduated from UCLA Law and have always gravitated toward high-growth, high-potential environments, especially in tech and life sciences. Before law, I spent time in operations and contract management, which taught me to approach deals with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset. Outside of work, I’m usually lifting, cooking (cookies and steak dinners are go-tos), traveling, or at a music festival.
