I’ve honed my skills working in positions ranging from talent acquisition, full-life cycle corporate recruitment, technical sourcing and by practicing diversity, inclusion and belonging. This includes human resources experience in creating a diversity-centric talent acquisition recruitment process while establishing the most current policies and procedures. I\'ve been trusted with complex tasks including new hire on-boarding, labor relations, new hire orientations, employee training/development and organizational development. I\'ve also had the opportunity to establish organizational growth strategies and expansion initiatives to increase company revenue. I\'ve been passionate about these types of progressive roles for over ten years within non-for-profit and private organizations. I enjoy using my relationship-building skills and international experience to work collaboratively with staff, stakeholders and business executives.
