I am a second-year undergraduate student pursuing a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at the University of Sussex, currently on track to achieve a 1st class degree. My academic journey is driven by a fascination with the intricate interplay of political and economic systems, which I believe are vital to understanding and navigating our rapidly evolving world shaped by technological advancements and human progress.Growing up bilingual in Portuguese and English, I have always been passionate about languages. I studied French in school and have independently explored Russian and Greek through Memrise, a linguistics app. This love for languages reflects my eagerness to connect with diverse cultures and broaden my global perspective.I consider myself ambitious and determined, approaching challenges as opportunities for growth. Obstacles may slow me down momentarily, but they ultimately strengthen and prepare me to overcome future hurdles. I value attributes such as teamwork, communication, and intuition—skills I practice daily to foster both personal development and a positive, collaborative environment for those around me.Looking ahead, I am excited to continue cultivating these qualities through meaningful projects and ventures.
