ABOUT BRENNER HOLLAND

Brenner Holland oversees all Hunt Midwest residential development, including the acquisition of land, project entitlements, development, and marketing of master-planned new home and multifamily communities. He also leads the company’s research and development of new residential product offerings, its infrastructure services division, and its portfolio of assisted living and memory care senior living facilities nationwide. Brenner has more than 30 years of experience in land development and planning, including two decades with Hunt Midwest. He has managed the development, design, and construction of thousands of residential lots in more than a dozen master-planned communities across the Kansas City metro. Under his leadership, the company entered the multifamily market with four communities completed or under development: The Fairways at City Center in Lenexa; Mission 106 in Leawood; The Vue in downtown Overland Park, winner of a 2020 Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Award; and The Hudson in Kansas City, Kansas, a 228-unit luxury apartment community scheduled to open in 2025. Brenner also led the company’s entry into senior living in 2011, when Hunt Midwest partnered with Principal Senior Living Group to build and manage Benton House communities across Kansas City. Today, Hunt Midwest has developed 12 senior living communities across five states with operating partners Principal Senior Living Group and Integral Senior Living. He also has helped manage more than $150 million in public infrastructure projects across Kansas City. Brenner is a current board member and past president of the Greater Kansas City Home Builders Association, and he was a 2018 inductee into the group’s Builder Hall of Fame. He is a life delegate for the National Association of Home Builders board and has served on the group’s national land development committee. Brenner also is a past member of the boards of the Overland Park and Northland Regional chambers of commerce, and he has served on several civic task forces in Kansas City, Missouri. Brenner earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University. He is a Kansas City native and lives with his wife, Kim, in Overland Park, Kansas.
