As the Director of Legal Technology Solutions at Dentons, the world\'s largest law firm, where I leverage my 18 years of business technology experience in the legal industry to optimize, introduce, and create legal technology solutions as part of the Knowledge and Legal Operations team. My mission is to enhance the efficiency, quality, and value of our legal services, and to support our people, processes, and innovation.I work closely with practice group leaders and end users to ensure we gain a proper return on investment for the legal technology we invest in. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive change and transformation in our firm and the industry. I am passionate about finding and implementing solutions that have the greatest potential for impact across the organization. Some of the solutions I have introduced or created include Microsoft Suites, e-discovery tools, document automation, and contract lifecycle management.
