Hi there, I’m Brennen Sands, a third-year Business Administration student at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University with strong interests in marketing, finance, and sports business. I am the founder of SandboxSports Management LLC, a sports management and marketing company where I help student-athletes grow their personal brands through NIL deals, sponsorships, and data-informed marketing strategies. Building my own business allowed me to combine my passion for sports and branding while also gaining hands-on experience in the financial side of athlete representation, including deal valuation, budgeting, and revenue strategy.Marketing comes naturally to me because I enjoy identifying what makes brands and people stand out and then developing strategies that connect creativity with measurable financial impact. Whether I’m pitching to companies, structuring partnerships, or negotiating NIL opportunities, I focus on ensuring that every decision aligns with both brand value and return on investment. I take pride in being dependable and task-oriented, while remaining adaptable and analytical when solving problems.Through my business and academic experiences, I’ve developed skills in financial analysis, NIL valuation, budgeting, social media marketing, brand development, client relations, and strategic communication. I am comfortable managing multiple projects, tracking performance metrics, and using data to guide decisions under pressure. Most importantly, I enjoy collaborating with others and continuously learning how finance and marketing intersect to drive sustainable growth.I am currently seeking opportunities to expand my experience through an internship in sports management, sports finance, corporate finance, or corporate marketing, where I can contribute my analytical, strategic, and creative skills while continuing to grow professionally.
