Developing PLC FW solution for a proprietary PLC modem ASIC chip • Enphase in-house Power Line Communication modem for Solar inverter control and configuration. • Data rate up to 50Kbps based on FSK modulation and Reed-Solomon Enc/Decoder with the specific implementation scheme for less channel bandwidth.• Developed Embedded FW with a proprietary MAC protocol stack and Layer 1 control- Master-Slave and 1-to-N network topology - Continuous Inverter management for the fault detection and recovery - A special FW discovery algorithm to blindly find modem devices - Bare-metal framework with tightly-coupled background/foreground context switching over ARM Cortex-M4- BSP and peripheral device drivers for TIMER, UART, CAN, PLL, DMA, INTERRUPT and GPIO- Debugging infrastructure with local CLI and remote diagnostics over PLC modem link- Developing an overall Embedded FW from the scratch over the simulator, FPGA and ASIC platform with the good understanding RF front-end circuit- Developed test cases in Python for FW verification/validation• Established CI/CD with test automation upon Atlassian infrastructure(Bitbucket, Jira and Pipeline)
